Recruitment Drive at Allied for Vehicle Assemblers

Recruitment Drive at Allied for Vehicle Assemblers

It’s exciting times at Allied Vehicles as we continue to grow and expand. As part of these plans, we are recruiting 13 new vehicles assemblers to join our manufacturing team in north Glasgow.

If you, or someone you know has manufacturing/production experience, can work to defined processes and standards, has experience of using air and hand tools and has a quality driven, can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.

It’s a great time to join Allied as we launch new vehicles into the wheelchair accessible vehicle market and continue international expansion in Europe and in Britain.

These are positions that provide an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking and dedicated company. But don’t listen to it from us, we’ve previously spoken to some of our vehicle assemblers to ask why you should apply to work at Allied.

“It’s a great environment to be in; great for progression, and you’re working with a great bunch of people.

“There’s a lot of satisfaction in it, when you’ve done your job and done it well and you step back, and you know you’ve contributed to something good.

“It’s a people-focused business – people are the biggest asset in Allied, and they really look after us. I’ve rarely come into a business where there’s nobody I don’t get along with, the people here are brilliant.”

“If you’re ambitious, you can go places. There are some boys I’ve seen come in as Vehicle Assemblers, but they’ve got degrees in Engineering, so they’ve been given jobs in Engineering.

If you’ve got a bit of ambition and you’re willing to learn. You can climb a ladder in here.”
