May came to a close on a high note for our body repair business, with multiple award wins and standout feedback putting our teams firmly in the spotlight.
At the recent Fix Auto National Conference there was strong recognition for Allied across the network, with Tracey Ashton’s team in Wigan team winning the Intact (formerly RSA) Bodyshop of the Year award.
Commenting on the team’s success, Tracey said:
“We were absolutely thrilled to be awarded the Intact Insurance Bodyshop of the year award at the Fix Auto Conference. Although we have been in the running for awards in previous years this was our first win – hopefully the first of many! It gave me great pleasure to accept this on behalf of our amazing team here in Wigan.”
In addition, Glasgow’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim Technician (MET) Technician, Dale Sproull, was named Region One Network Employee of the Year and the site was runner-up for Allianz Insurance Bodyshop of the Year, with further runner-up finishes in both the Admiral Customer Journey Award and the Multi-Site Operator (MSO) Bodyshop of the Year category
The awards success came hot on the heels of some glowing feedback from partners at Admiral, with staff there describing the Glasgow North operation as “sensational”.

Admiral’s feedback highlighted your team’s professionalism, helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile, particularly when taking time to support their claims staff and improve customer confidence.
