This can be a photo of a bank statement or a screengrab of online banking with Name, sort code and account number clearly visible. Please indicate whether you agree to this condition.

  • Unsuccessful applications: up to 12 months after the decision date.
  • Successful applications: up to 6 years after the end of the financial year in which the grant was awarded, to comply with the Charities Act 2011 and HMRC requirements.
