More About Our Support Teams
Our dedicated customer services department ensures that each of our clients has access to the support they need, when they need it. It also offers home-based maintenance checks and undertakes regular customer satisfaction surveys.
The facilities team is responsible for maintaining our various operating sites, which also includes cleaning and waste collection, health and safety, ordering items required, security and the valet bay.
The finance and administration team is responsible for managing all our financial services and for supporting sales and production processes.
The HR Department is home to our people-focussed recruitment, development, advice, administration and payroll activities.
The IT and process development department looks after all of our IT and process needs. This includes all computers, phones and tablets, software, hardware and systems.
Marketing and Business Development
Our marketing and business development department works to build awareness of all the company’s products and services, to generate enquiries from potential customers, to enhance internal and external communication and to access new areas of business opportunity.
