Allied Autocare provides full garage and accident repair services for commercial and private customers alike. We also offer UK-wide mobile servicing, bringing vehicle maintenance expertise to your door. In addition, we provide vehicle transport services throughout the UK and Europe.

Our Teams
Accident Repair
Panel Shop
Located off Hawthorn Street, in the large workshop next to Mobility Solutions, the panel shop undertakes a full range to accident damaged vehicles. These include chassis repairs, panel beating and mechanical and electrical repairs.
Paint Shop
Based in Lomond Street, our paint shop boasts five ovens which hugely speed up paint drying times. The team all works on polishing and minor dents and is operational 24-hours a day.
Bodyshop Parts
Damaged vehicles can often require a large number of replacements parts to be ordered and collated, before the repair job can be started. The parts team works with numerous suppliers to ensure a continual flow of work.
Estimating
The estimating team carries the significant responsibility of working out the cost of a repair before any work is undertaken. Often this includes both time and materials for internal work plus the cost of replacement parts.
De-fleet
Our growing de-fleet team provides a service to operators of large numbers of vehicles when the time comes to sell them on. The team undertakes a variety of repairs and paintwork to optimise re-sale value.
Front-of-house and Administration
Our front-of-house team supports customers by phone, email and over the counter, while our administration staff deal with a myriad of daily tasks which keep the department moving.
Parts
Delivery
With inbound parts arriving at the Parts Hub from 2.00am, our parts vans are off first thing delivering parts orders to bodyshops, dealerships and independent garages the length and breadth of Scotland.
Warehouse
Our warehouse staff share the continual task of maintaining an inventory of more than 30,000 parts from a wide range of supply partners including Peugeot, Citroen, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Hella, Valeo and Magnetti Morelli.
Customer Service
Our parts advisors offer expert advice and support to help customers get the right parts for a vast range of vehicle types.
Business Development
The business development team is there to manage relationships with key customers and expand our network of clients across Scotland.
After sales
Our aftersales team also includes a workshop and a bodyshop parts team to offer a full service package to customers.
Service
Customer Service Advisors
Our customer service team look after all of the front-of-house customer liaison, including greeting customers, providing quotes and customer communications.
Workshop Control
The workshop control team ensure the smooth running and operation of the technicians and support the customer service advisors also.
Automotive Technicians
Technicians look after the vehicles servicing and MOT needs. Regular maintenance can be carried out in our workshops or through our innovative new Ford and Peugeot mobile servicing. Other skillsets include tyre fitting, wheel alignment, air conditioning re-gas, brake check, exhaust check, vehicle diagnostics and replacement of batteries, bulbs and windscreen wipers.
